Mapped Network drive needs to be opened every day to show in programs

    I have a network drive mapped to a shared folder on a server.
    The drive works perfectly, except for each morning, the drive does not show in any of the programs i use to access files on it. The solution is to manually go to my computer and open the network share. The drive then shows in all applications. Any ideas on a permanent solution?
