    Hi all,
Has anyone had an issues with using Libre Office impress on XP?
I started using it a week ago, now the package will not let me save new work.
I have tried re-installing the software, without any success.
This lead me to think there may be some issues with XP.
I have a Windows fault report for one of the hangs.

LibreOffice is really bad and crashy because of badly coded Java... generally, Openoffice has better stability IMO.

Have to disagree with you there about LibreOffice. It works perfectly, when used in its native LINUX environment.....which it was designed to work with.

For XP, though, I've always found like you do, that OpenOffice seems to work more consistently.
