Large Icons on Quick Launch Taskbar

I recently had to reformat my hard drive. I like my taskbar running up the right side of the computer screen; however after the reformat, the icons in the Quick Launch bar are now very large. I know there is a way to make them smaller; but I con not remember how to make smaller. Please help :eek: Thank you

2 GB RAM
running Windows XP Media Edition
 
Try unlocking your taskbar (if it isn't already unlocked). Then right click inside the quick launch (NOT on one of the shortcuts in the quick launch, just an empty area in the quick launch bar) and go to "View", and then click on "Small Icons". I hope this helps you out.
 
icons are large because you have not installed the display driver for your pc, you are running on windows basic driver which only displays at approx 800 x 768.
