Keys containing password letters unresponsive-help

    Hi,

    I have a laptop with Windows XP and some of the keys are unresponsive. Unfortunately my password includes some of these keys, so I can't get past the login screen.

    I've already tried using a USB Keyboard but I have to log in in order for it to work.

    If someone can figure out a way around this problem, I'll be very grateful.

    Any help appreciated,
