I'm using XP Pro SP3. When I trying using certain video related programs, I get the error message shown below. I've installed the Runtime Libraries but it makes no difference. Anyone have a solution? Thanks.

    Runtime Error!

Tried this. Didn't make any difference, still get the error message. Doesn't seem to happen in Win 7.
