Itunes - no text

    I'm running itunes 12.1.3 on my win xp vaio laptop and suddenly there is no text at all - the program runs and the files are there I just can't see them. When I play a song it's really distorted. I've tried repairing the program and reinstalling but nothing has worked. Help!
