Is there an elevated command in XP?

    Hi,
    Can you help me to erase format and partition for a new operating system and can this be done from a DiscPart Clean Clean All command to wipe the present operating system and all progams that are installed.
    I have backed up everything I use and have heard that the clean all operation can be done via an elevated command

    I have a Hewlett Packard HP xw6200 workstation with an XP pro SP3 windows installation installed on a 160GB SATA HDD with 'C' as a single partition. I hope and want to clean all make partition for windows XP then instal all other editing and write programs separate
