Internet Explorer Blacked out bars

    Help
    Internet Explorer bars (eg menu,favorites etc) have suddenly been blacked out completely. The information can still be read in the drop down boxes by guessing the position of each item on the blacked out bars. Also another bar +YOU has been added but the items here are still visible could this be related to my problem. This has not been added by me!
