In outlook express message, hypertext link

    Hypertext URL links no longer work. Can copy and paste into MSIE URL field, and works OK. This failure is after changing Services.msc to Black Viper Safe settings. That may be the reason. Is there a way to rapidly reset to default services.msc settings?

    I posted here, saw no appropriate section for Outlook Express.

    If you have been to BlackViper site, each service also shows the default setting, short of reinsstalling your Operating system, you will have to set each one to default individually and then reboot.
