I recently rediscovered my old Windows XP laptop, which I want to use for playing my nostalgic games. I found a CD-ROM that used to have special Game Cube themes with custom icons, which I once enjoyed but now find outdated.
I tried to restore the default theme using the application that came with the CD-ROM. After clicking "restore," the laptop reverted to the Windows Classic theme. However, when I tried to switch back to the Luna theme in the settings, I noticed that some icons, like the recycle bin and shortcut icons, remained unchanged from the previous theme.
I thought I could resolve this by downloading icons.dll for Windows XP, but it seems that such a file doesn't exist. Does anyone here know how to fully restore the default theme? This issue is really bothering me.
