    Hi!

This error has occured 3 times in the last week, resulting in restores each time.
Is there anyway I can track down the device which may be causing this problem?

I can boot into safe mode

    Regards

@gwladok5, look in device manager, are there any warnings on any device??

insure you show hidden devices by clicking on View and selecting show hidden devices.

If there are warnings, then tell me for which device

    Hi Elizabeth23

I'm afraid I've been giving you mis-leading info.

On each occasion that the PC has not fired-up, I've restored the HDD to a backup.

This would mean all info on the Events Viewer would have disappeared.

The info I have given you would refer to the Events Viewer immediately after I started up in Safe Mode before restoring.

I should have given you the log prior to this.

Obviously I must wait until the next "event" if & when that occurs before posting on here again.

I'm sorry for wasting your time
