I want that PC turns off itself if wifi disconnects

Sorry for english, this is what I need. I found 2-3 programs but nothing helped.
I found solution with task scheduler for win 7 but not for xp.
 
I have not found anything that will shut it down when wifi disconnects, just to shutdown at scheduled times.

why do you wish to shutdown if wifi disconnects??
 
I want to protect my computer from power outages. I have UPS, but it can't turn off computer automatically.
