I cannot get windows XP to Update help!

Hi All.

I was just given an old Compaq Presario windows XP Home Edition. My friend had never used it so in a sense it is new however I cannot get it to up date HELP!
 
you will need to use the catalogue page now as the windows update no longer supports win xp can get new updates and xp in iso format from major geeks and internet archive
