I am trying to work on my home desktop PC from my laptop. I have XP Professional.

I've found in the net the advise from Microsoft but nothing works as they say at all.

Opening start-my computer-properties doesn't show any tab called "Remote" at all as they say. The solo ones are the typical "General, Computer Name, Hardware, Advanced, System Restore, Automatic Updates", and opening any of them not at all any of them includes anything called "Remote"and less "Allow Users to Connect Remotely to This Computer".

I don't know if they are talking about a XP Professional in the Moon or what...

In the laptop I have not problem to request connection but, of course, can not connect just because the host PC is not set up.

    Please, some advise. Ta.
