I am not sure why it is not showing, I did not have to do anything and it was there when I installed, I have made no changes, do you think that a fresh install might fix that?

Yes its 32 bit. I messed around with a few things and now its worse than before. I don't think re installing will do anything, I'm able to add add-ons just not this one

I added an edit to my previous reply, please see what I have done with the content tab of the preferences under options.

    1. uninstall all of mypal, save the profile folder to your desktop and delete all else.

    2. download and install, Add what you want from the old profile to the new profile, I only replace my logins, and bookmarks and a couple of others see the link below for what each file in the folder does:
    https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data

    3. then see if you can see the video, BEFORE making any other changes to mypal, just set the content tab to the way I have it set. :)

Remember: In the Plugins, Always Activate for Adobe Flash and so mypal does not ask. Mypal use NPAPI flash like Firefox.

yes, it does have a profile folder, you can go to help in MyPal, choose troubleshooting info, and then click on show folder, it will open your profile folder, :)
