How to Stop the "System Volume Information" Folder from Being Created in Every Partition

Hi all


This is a question I should've asked 23 years ago, when XP just came out,
but well, better late than never..


The System Restore feature is Turned Off on my Windows XP SP2 32bit, as can be seen here:

Yet despite that the "System Volume Information" folder is created every where,
on any Partition, and also on any Partition of external drives, like USB Flash Drives, or USB SSDs..


Can I stop this folder from being created?
