if it is not clear, then your video driver is out of date, or is the wrong one for you pc.

Mine is clear, but when I tried to get a more current driver, my screen like above was very ragged, so I had to go back to the original OEM driver.

because sp3 doesnt have that boot screen and i want to have that boot screen not this

Mine is like your second picture, I never noticed that it does not say professional, but it does not make a difference to me, since it is only up for a max of 7 seconds, but the program listed in the article above may help you.

i dont know if this is helpful or not but the first screen shot is xp service pack 2. They changed it for service pack 3.
