I have a few comps with XP 64 on them, (only use 32 bit XP on line). Installed 64 bit version of Tweakui on both but wanted Tweakui in Control Panel. (Why? Just wanted to)

    Anywayz, , ,

Download: ->Neosmart technologies tweakui -64 "TweakUI_64Bit.msi" (in case anybody wondered, msi = MicroSoft Installer)

    http://neosmart.net/TweakUI/

edit: It'll be a zip file, extract, then, (duh!)

    Install the software, then,

Goto c:\windows\SysWOW64 (<-where tweakui is installed)

    Copy Tweakui64.exe

Paste to c:\windows\system32 (<- where 32 bit tweakui is installed)

Rename tweakui64.exe to tweakui.exe (yeah, just remove the '64')

    Find & download: xp_AddTweakUItoControlPanel.vbs

    http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/System-Tweak/Add-TweakUI-to-Control-Panel.shtml

    Double-clik & thats it, , , , ,

I use several computers with XP 64 as it recognizes more RAM memory than XP 32 & runs faster, &, I reset tweakui settings quite a bit, , , ,

Its much easier to do it this way than editing "xp_AddTweakUItoControlPanel.vbs", I know, I tried, , , (vbs = Visual Basic Script, its just a text file, open with notepad)

Only find tweaks & fixes on sites like this nowadays, why I keep coming back, , ,
