How do I get those extra bits of info when I look at system info?

    Where other laptops would have manufacturer and type of laptop but mine just has the regular windows information?

    go to start/run type in msinfo32 this gives me all the info , what are you looking at specifically?

    I made the Lenovo and support information button custom.Usually the "Support information" doesnt give nothing about the system only the phone number or the website of the manufactor
