firstly, see your using any graphic card in your system then clean that card and slot too, after that check once, you have installed all xp drivers or not, then once try to start the software program which your getting the issues, if it not working then install the latest graphics card drivers and see, thn also issues not solved means...your card may damaged, show it to any hardware fixer!
and you not specified any details about your system once specify it...then go for the solution!
