I was using my laptop and then someone knocked on the door, so i got up and my leg got caught in the laptops power cord and it immediately fell to the ground. I picked my laptop up to check if it was alright and it was unresponsive so i turned it off and then turned it back on again. As it was turning on i noticed that it was making a clicking sound and that it had converted to an older version of windows. It then went to startup repair and its been on startup repair for the last 20 minutes doing nothing. Is it broken?.

Holy damn, you got bad luck....You should try turning it off and back on one more time, if that fails then I'm sorry but you need to take it to the shop. If it's not responding to ANYTHING then you take it to the shop ASAP.
