Help me 2!

    I can't open properties in all services, I tried services.msc and msconfig...and nothing.
    Safe mode, normal mode, as administrator or as normal user.

    download and install the above free scanner and run a full scan, it will be a long scan depending on your hd size, so be patient , reboot as necessary, and scan until scan comes clean

    also what is your antivirus?? run a full scan with it also.
