there are many ways to make an install cd as you can see by my attachment, mine is an OEM, as I have a dell install cd that I have slipstreamed with sp3. you can search around if you are interested in how to make an install cd, yours appears to be an unattended install cd and all you have to do is insert and choose install and if it says updates then there are some updates incorporated into the cd and possibly drivers, but some drivers are pertinent to a certain brand so there are probably only the original basic drivers incorporated into the cd. the mga diag tool has already confirmed that it is a legitimate copy, :)

Yep all have to do is pick the drive and it does and asks me for name date and time and after install a screen that does ask me about updates so I guess we have found the reason Thanks

I look in the files and thare is manigment software on the disc a load of drivers and some oddballs
also can you previde a link on how to slipstream stuff

https://www.google.com/#q=using+nlite+

lots of info on the above search page, read through several items and watch a few videos, and then if you have questions let me know, I only have sp3 slipstreamed as I add the updates later and on my dell the drivers have to be installed in a certain order so I do not have them slipstreamed and also my desktop does not allow a usb install of xp, so I have to keep my ISO small enough to be compressed to a cd.
