I am using a PALIT GeForce® GTX 750 TI KALMX, the last fanless graphics card that appears (to me anyway) to support Windows XP with official drivers.

Do you, my fair reader, suppose there are drivers out there that would give Windows XP functional usability to the PALIT GeForce® GTX 1650 KalmX card?

If you think it possible, this would allow me to double my GPU memory from 2GB to 4GB, among other neat specs.

This page expresses no compatibility with XP for the GTX 1650 .

Does anyone have a work around to get a GTX 1650 running in XP?

There's no chance of running anything higher than the 9xx series on xp--the 10xx series and above are all win7 and higher.

Now that being said, the pixel rates on some of the newer cards are faster than the texture rates of the xp era cards, so even without drivers a newer card might still be faster if the application will run natively, like a pdf viewer (what I need fast gpus for and what made me do all the research).
