Export Outlook Express file to .pst

So my 85 year old Mom needs a new computer and all she knows is XP and Outlook Express. I was looking at this thread
in MSofts support site and it said one can export the OE address book to a .pst file..How do I do that? The export function on OE only shows into a .csv file.

I figured this out.. OE exports into a .csv file, either through an excel or plain 'ole .txt file--make your choice

Outlook 365 imports either flawlessly.. They way I figured it out, (because there was *nothing* in google) was I looked at Outlook 2010 and exported an OE contact list into the comma separated values and imported it into 2010 Outlook.. Flawless
