exe file won't open! why?

    Hi guys
    I hope I found any solution for this issue

    I download a exe file from dark nacho youtube channel
    so after double click on the app
    nothing displayed
    its just show me waiting mouse
    and nothing displayed!

    **Note**:dark nacho is not a virus creator somany ppl using his tools! and my brother using his exe app tool and works fine with his Windows 8

    first is this app compatible with xp??

    look in event viewer is an error listed for this event??

    no :( this app need net framework 4.5 :(

    is there is any way to install it on xp?

    I have this version (4)
    this app required NET Framework 4.5
    uhhhh its seems there is noway to enjoy using this app
    anyway thank you
