ethernet driver for asrock "k8upgrade-nf3" missing

    (sorry if my english is bad but i'm belgian)

    i have reinstalled widows xp service pack 2 32 bits but the setup was formated te C: partition and all of the drivers are gone

    can you help me to find the ethernet driver please

    the motherboard is

    asrock "k8upgrade-nf3"

    i'm looked on the manufacturer site

    but i've just find the driver for cpu ,hdd and sound not ethernet...

    sorry but in cannot post any url because this is my first post:(

    is above the manufacturers website you went to??

    what does device manager say under network adaptors??

    do you have a make, model and model number of your pc, laptop or desktop, or is the pc self built.??

    you do know that you will need sp3 installed before microsoft updates will work.

    reply with answers to my questions please.

    yes it's a self built and i not find the device manager it's strange
    and it the official site but i've sayed i can't post url
