I have the Compaq Presario CQ60-211DX with Vista OS.
My HDD damaged and I want to change the OS to XP. I use bootable WIN XP CD and format another HDD ( On HDD before was WIN7) and install on the notebook, but after the processing the system show me the following error:
Stop: 0x0000007B ( 0xF78D663C, 0xC0000034 , 0x00000000 , 0x00000000)
and in blue screen stopped.
Already I do not have any WIN OS in my hard ( I did LLFormat).
If someone can help me ,please guide me how I can solve my problem.

it is most likely the hard drive, either the controller or you might have to run boot member fix as described in thread above.

do you have a laptop or a desktop?

do you have sata drives?

let me know and I can give instructions for burning a cd or flash drive with bootable recovery console

Change Ntdetect.com

You have to change the ntdedect.com to a modifyed one. Look up ntdetect.com bsod on google, do you have any other computer?
