error code 14 when instaling XP sp3

    Hello all,

    When I tried to install Windows XP SP3 on a customer's PC, faced the following message:

    file i386 vgaoem.fon could not be loaded. the error code is 14
    setup con not continue. Press enter for exit.

    I'm sure that my Windows CD is flawless.

    Is there any idea about solving this problem?
