driver isnt working

    hi to all
    i purchased a netgear wirelles wg111v3 usb adapter. it was working fine in windows 7 as windows 7 automatically installs the driver for the hardware attached. i installed windows xp and now connected the adapter and it fails to install the driver. the driver cannot be found. Please help
