DLL error messages at startup, how to cure?

    I get 2 error messages at startup:

    Error loading: C:\Documents and Settings\My Name\Application Data\onerag.dll
    Error loading: C:\Documents and Settings\My Name\Application Data\pdetz.dll

    Possibly these relate to deleted malware intrusions? Anyway, the issue is how to get rid of these messages.
