Dialog box re: security when running shortcut

    The OS on this one computer is XP Media Center, latest update. I don't think that is significant. In any case, another computer on the same home network, running XP Pro SP-3, does NOT have that dialog box "This publisher could not be verified." when I try to run a shortcut over the network. What are the settings for this, please?
