Device Drivers

    Can anyone tell me where ZI can get device drivers without being shanghied by one of the device_driver_updater pieces of junk.
    I am specifically looking for the driver for an LG DVD rewriter, model gh24ns95.
    Any help is appreciated. Thank you....

    Thanks Elizabeth. Been there, done that. When I realized LG.com didn't have it, and MS didn.t have it, there wasn't much sense asking them for it or about it. At that, I went searching, and all I could find were driver-update traps, and I'm not interested in that.
    The existing driver seems to work quite well, and my OS can't find a better version, even though it is XP's driver, which is probably not the LG version that I'm seeking.....

    you should install the firmware update as that is for xp specifically.

    are you having an issue with your driver that it needs updating?
