Dell Latitude D600

DELL D600 UPDATE:
A couple weeks ago I purchased new RAM for my Latitude D600.

The RAM I bought:
www.ebay.com

Micron 1GB PC2700S-2533 So-dimm 333 MHz DDR Memory RAM (MT16VDDF12864HG-335D2) | eBay

Interface: DDR. Capacity: 1GB. That it will be exactly like the photo. Typically, as long as the interface is correct, it is compatible and works. Enclosure: Internal. Service purpose.
www.ebay.com

Now research of the RAM says it is 2.5V, the Latitude D600 manual says it uses 3.3V RAM, and google AI says 2.5V, so I opened the RAM door on the bottom of the laptop and it says 2.5V on the RAM slot. Is Dell's Manual or the RAM Slot correct. I am scared that I will get the RAM and it will fry my Dell Laptop. Just tell me if the Manual or RAM slot is correct, and if that RAM I bought is compatible with the D600.

EDIT: I just checked the RAM in my Dell, searched up the RAM Model and found out it is 2.5V, so If the RAM in the Dell that is working is 2.5V, does that mean that the Dell uses 2.5V RAM?

I would trust that the specs printed on the motherboard are correct, because once in a blue moon manuals may have incorrect information. Perhaps it was written by someone in a low paying country, far removed from a Dell factory, who writes manuals for 10 different products every day. It's a reasonable assumption for such a huge corporation.

The whole Dell website says 3.3v, but i searched the model of my current RAM stick, and my current ram is 2.5V, so that means the computer uses 2.5V RAM?
