Dell Latitude D Series Heat Problems

So my Dell Latitude D600 gets very hot. Mostly the RAM and HDD, I know the space is very cramped in that laptop, I put in the original 256MB RAM and it's a bit cooler. But I don't remember this happening in the past, I know this is a thing with all D600s but I don't know if I should worry about it, Anyone one a D600 or similar, not a D620 or D630, The 2003-2005 ones, tell me if yours does it.
