Deleted User Account

    I deleted the User account using task manager, thinking my personal account gave me administrative full access. With this gone, I have no control. How do I restore the User account? Please help!

    you can go to safe mode, administrator, and install another user account, if you did not save the data from the deleted user account it is gone.
