Current Pending Sector Count

    Hello Forum,
    My hard drive has 13 entries in, "Current Pending Sector Count," ( Crystal Disk ).
    Is it better to make an image of the drive as well as cloning it?
    So with an image of the disk, can bad sectors be recovered?
