Creating a bootable USB using software running on Windows XP?

I am confined to a Windows XP box, and need to create a bootable USB from an ISO file.
The usual guides suggest I use Rufus, but I cannot get this to work on Windows XP.
Is there any version of any free tool running on XP which can do this for me?

The last version compatible with Windows XP and Vista is 2.18

Here are all the versions.

I would personally go with 2.17. (Because it is portable)

Rufus is very popular, but like other tools it only allows for a single ISO to be loaded to boot from. I have always preferred Yumi, which (depending on the size of the flash drive) will load multiple ISO's and create a boot menu. It's Linux based, so it has worked with any system (32 or 64) I've used it on thus far.
