conterfit xp

hi .i like to know why do i get a message that my xp is a conterfit window .after i install the latess update .but it is not a conterfit install .
if i run this here [ oobe/msoobe/a ]it show that i am activited .
so what is going on here with microsoft .
same thing happen after 3 years on window 7 .

thank you ,now all i have to do is not to install the latess update that all .
there is 21 update in the last update this is where one of the update is checking for validation .
i have 3 brand new computer i only play with xp anyway not a big deal for me .
now i have xp vista and window 7 .3 pc.
so do with out the last update the last 2 time i installed them i did not see any change anyway .
all i do if i get that popup i restore back that it .
