Just went to use the DOS command prompt for the first time in a long time, and I get this pop up that I have to ignore in order to proceed. How can I fix this? I can't find either file in either Windows Explorer, or by using the DIR command in the specified folders with the command prompt. I don't even have Symantec on this system anymore.

Quit looking! I just fixed it myself. :D

The first path is to where I put the shortcut for the command prompt.
The second path was a value under VDD in Virtual Driver Devices in the registry. I deleted the value, restarted, and the problem was gone. Strange thing is I'd done a Find for Symantec in the registry, and deleted all references. I don't know why it missed that one.
