Is there a way to modify the color of the red close button in the title bar?
I want it to be like its neighbors. (minimize and maximize.)

I did not see any thing particular in the display properties/appearance/advanced
that would change the red x button, but there is one that says caption buttons but it does not allow color change just size.

I think I remember seeing a program that could be used for editing visual themes, but it may not be free software.

Just looked it up. It's called WindowBlinds. Not sure if I can link it here, so I'll say "Nintendo Desktop Manager" may or may not be a free alternative that can do this for you.
