Card reading software for Windows XP?

    Hello. I have a Windows XP laptop with a SmartCard reader in it, and I cannot find any software for it that would allow it to make online transactions using a credit card. I have all the correct drivers installed.

    You mean a credit card reader? Smart cards were something different and were mainly used for system authentication.
