cant navigate past bing and msn on ie8 / win update

    so i installed ie8, the community service pack 4, win xp pro. i can get to bing and msn but either google gives me cannot connect or certificate error, which i cant move past. i cant update windows error 0x800efe, just annoying. any ideas why? thanks

    i have an internet connection, but for example i cannot connect to driverbooster servers, but i can use firefox fine

    windows update requires ie8 and sp3 also some services need to be set to automatic Background INtelligence, automatic updates and cryptographic services. are these requirements met on your system?

    fixed the issue, was because of spybot immunization
