This site can not provide secure connection whichbrowser.net uses unsupported protocol. The program and server do not support the general SSL protocol version or encryption suite. This can happen when the server needs an RC4 that is no longer secure. help me please

you can probably access the site with firefox 52.8.1 ESR, but the last time I tried opera 36, which is the last version to support xp, there were multiple sites I could not access, so I went back to firefox.

scroll down to download 52.9.0 ESR, opera says that they will keep updating security patches for opera 36, but will not update the program, this probably means that more and more sites will be inaccessible.
