I cannot access to my xp. I only see a prompt. Tried running diagnostics which did not work. Tried recovery cd but got "registry hives of installation specified are corrupt or missing SYSTEM, SOFTWARE, SAM, SECURITY" error. Could not do much on the c prompt; got access denied error. Basically the C drive is not accessible. I have inspiron 6000.
