Can’t get PortUp or Windows Update to work. Error 0x80244019

    I have all the updates downloaded on a usb with Port Up but it won’t install due to the error

    I should mention it’s XP64

    Okay I was able to get it working just by disabling WiFi and restarting windows.

    but I have some updates that failed to install and I can’t seem to get PortUp to retry installing them. Any help?

    download direct from microsoft to desktop and then install

    I have not had any probs with portup, but I only have 32 bit, :)
