trueSpace was bought out by Gill Bates in 2009 then released free then THAT beta 7.61 was taken up by many & packed to the extreme with plugs & addons so that it was over a GB when installed with several downsides....
1 - It's so full that stability is a problem, it's laggy as well... Frequent crashes occur with CPU spikes a commonplace...
2 - The workflow is so modified that the video tutorials are practically worthless to watch... The thing to have done would be after adding everything possible one should make a brand new series of tutorials to match this porky build...
OK, I rest my case... This is the last 'scene' release of tS before going free thus is quite the stallion... Yes, you gotta run a keygen which is included & do that first as it asks on the install for a serial....
Then you can head over to Flat2D & grab tutorials up the YinYang-

They are on the bottom... You could also grab their 'porky' version just to unpack it & gradually cherry-pick plugs out of it but do not install it if you have installed this one...
So back to it... Allow tS to install to default folder, THEN install the V-Ray render engine... allow it to install to default folder... all is done... V-Ray now will work & also will be set as default render engine... This is a 'watered-down' version of V-Ray but it is still V-Ray & way better than what is in it...
trueSpace is pretty cool it has a 'workspace' side which is heavily Direct-X driven like a game engine & there is a 'Modelside' where you do most all the modeling... It is very 'visual' driven & yes, there are shortcuts but none of these need be memorized as it's all so mouse driven...
In many ways a great departure from the blender workflow...

OK, that last one usually bans an upload straight out if it has a 'keygen' but I guess it's looking for certain names... I renamed it 'QeyJen' I guess I'll have to keep doing that...
Here's the keygen now, had it around for over 14 years now no issues even though it's 'Thor, God of Computer Viruses'...
