BSOD IRQ Not less equal and Kernel Mode Exception

    Hi, I'm really hoping someone can help me, I get regular BSOD, IRQ Not less equal and Kernel Mode Exception, The last 2 BSOD dumps are below.

    Also most games will crash out after about 5 minutes, I'm pretty sure its linked. :confused:

    The only ideas I can think of are possible bad RAM (I dont want to buy more unless im sure it will fix things) or maybe update my BIOS? Again not something I want to touch unless I really have to.
