So I have a work machine dedicated to using one program for a commercial office building. I had to get a new printer and it required a SP3 update. I started the update left for the day and came back the next day to a blue screen and a c0000132 error.

Did some quick googling and found I need the original disc for the computer from Dell. I cant find it. This thing may be toast.

    1. Can I revive this machine without the original disc.
    2. If I cannot, can I retrieve the data and reload it on a new machine?

what is the exact message please, does it refer to any file??

you can retrieve data by burning a cd with hiren's or ultimate boot cd or puppy linux and booting off of that cd then transferring your data to a flash drive.

can you boot to safe mode??

does your pc have an amd processor?
