Blender 2.71 Optimized For XP 32bits (2014)>>>

Lucky this link is perpetual as most of the old 'custom' forks & builds are long gone...

For XP this is about as far as you should go... Had tried some 2.74-6 stuff but very heavy for a dual-core 2 GHZ 2-4 GB RAM...

Now that it's that old I may start learning it....

Thank you! As always, keep up the great work!

Some peeps take to Blender better than others... I find that I must use it fairly often to NOT forget how to use it & I get busy with life so don't have the time thus must start over again...

I guess this is why I prefer 3D that I can be away from it awhile then pick it right back up like Nendo, Nichimen Mirai, gSculpt, Cinema4D or to a certain extent trueSpace...

I had not used C4D R9 in quite awhile but roughed this head in (it's got alot to go) in about 4 hours picking right back up-

I think it would take me a week to get that far in blender...

Blender is great if you have buttloads of time>>>
